Order Tracking
If you are signed up for a Draper's and Damon's account you can check your order status by logging in. If you ordered as a guest, visit the Order Status page. You will need your order number and billing zip code.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed you are able to change or cancel by calling or emailing customer service.

Multiple Address Shipping
You can ship items on your order to multiple addresses. Please be aware that a seperate shipping cost is calculated for each delivery address. In order to ship to multiple addresses:
- Proceed to the checkout page
- Under Shipping & Gift Options, click on Ship Items to Multiple Addresses
- You may select or enter a ship-to-location for each item
Special Shipping Charges
Some orders require additional shipping charges.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Box Shipping
We ship to PO Boxes within the 48 contiguous states and APO/FPO addresses. However, we can only ship items via standard shipping.
US Special Shipping
We can ship to AK, HI, and US territories for an additional $8.99 charge for standard shipping.
Special Handling Item
Some items on our website require an additional shipping charge sue to size and/or weight. These items are noted as such on the product information page. Additionally, these products will not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO's/FPO's.
