It's simple. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, send it back
for a full refund or exchange.

If you need to return an item, there is no need to call us.

To return an item, see the back of your packing slip. It will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. No postage is required; the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Just drop your package in the U.S. mail.

How can I purchase a Draper's & Damon's Gift Card?
Draper's & Damon's gift cards are available for sale online, by calling a sales representative at 1.800.843.1174 or at any of our stores. Special offers or discounts do not apply. Gift cards are available in three denominations: $25, $50, and $100. Gift cards are accepted in stores, on our website and on phone and mail orders. Gift cards are non-taxable. They will be shipped at no charge via Standard Shipping. For Express, shipping is $9.95*; For Overnight Delivery, shipping is $15.95*. (*Orders shipped to Florida or Texas are subject to a shipping tax in accordance with state law.)

How do I know my size?
Draper's & Damon's styles are created to our own fit specifications. The following charts will help in determining your correct size. If your measurements fall in between, please order the next size up. For shorts, order your normal size. As always, our Phone Consultants are available for further assistance.

Long: Garments are proportioned for those who are 5'8" to 6'0" in height. Sleeve
length, body length, inseams and rises are cut longer.

Petites: Garments are proportioned for those who are 4'11" to 5'3" in height.
Sleeve length, body length, inseams and rises are cut shorter.

Draper's & Damon's is required by law to collect sales tax on all sales in
these states, including telephone and internet orders.

When does Draper's & Damon's charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you.
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not
responsible for typographical errors.

Discount Coupons
Coupons are not redeemable for cash, may not be applied to previous purchases,
cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or coupon.

Is my credit information safe?
When you place an order with us via our website, we will collect your name,
address, telephone number, email address and credit card information. Please
be assured that all of your personal data is encrypted during transmission over
the Internet using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption scheme.
This means that all information shared with us on our website is safe and
protected.

What does Draper's & Damon's do with my personal information?
We collect and store the history of all visitors to our website. We use this
information to help improve the content and usability of our site. We do not
provide any of the information to anyone outside of Draper's & Damon's.
We do not individually track specific users, except when the user is placing
an order with us. In this case, we maintain a shopping cart for each user to
keep track of the items he or she wishes to purchase. All of this information
is stored on our server.

We collect the email addresses of those who request a catalog or place an
order with us. We use email addresses to provide customers with order and
shipment notification and to make special product announcements that we
feel would be of interest to our customers. If you do not wish to receive
special announcements from us, we can remove you from our announcement
list. Simply send an email request to service@drapers.com, call the telephone
number below or write us at the postal address below. Please provide your
exact name, address and telephone number to insure we properly update
your customer information. Be sure to state in your message that you wish
to be removed from the email announcement list.

If you supply us with your postal address online or via telephone, you may
receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and
services or upcoming events. We also make portions of our mailing lists
available to carefully screened companies. If you do not wish to receive
such mailings from us or other companies, please let us know by sending

or writing to us at the postal address below. Please provide us with your
exact name, address and telephone number. Also include the Source Code
and Customer number from the back of your catalog, if available. We will

How much is shipping?
We ship orders to the United States (including Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin
Islands, and APO/FPO addresses). All orders are subject to verification prior to
processing. Orders placed during the weekend are processed the next business
day.

If it is more convenient, you may process your return or exchange at one of
